RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PLEASE NOTE

Customers should be aware the international import may require some materials for customs clearance in some countries.

If the goods are returned due to the customer’s failure to cooperate with customs clearance, any resulting loss of shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. We can provide a full consumption list and the required certificates for the product. Contact us if the Custom need it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Simply email us at ambitiontattoosupply@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order Number
• Item to return
• Item condition
• Reason for return

We will get back to you within 24 business hours. We are closed on Sunday.

If you want to return the goods, please contact us before returning. Please do not return the goods directly to avoid loss. Once you have emailed ambitiontattoosupply@gmail.com and all return requirements are met; you will receive a return authorization.

TATTOO MACHINE RETURN POLICY

Due to cross contamination issues and the fact that all AMBITION TATTOO machines are custom-built to order for you, we do not accept returns. All machine sales are final. We do, however, guarantee all of our machines.

 If you experience any type of problem with an AMBITION TATTOO machine, please contact to our email :ambitiontattoosupply@gmail.com. We will work with you to troubleshoot and fix any issues.

We will also work with you to set up your machine and accessories should you have any questions or concerns about your purchase.

 How and why do I lose the warranty?

If your device is damaged due to negligence or opened by unauthorized persons/personnel, you will lose the warranty.

No returns accepted on ink, Tattoo Needles.

REFUND 

If you apply a refund requtst . Money will be return back to your account within 7-15days after we agreed.

If the package return back due to the customs cleanarce proplem , we will refund you goods value after we get the package.  

If the customs charge us the tax fee because of you can not import the products, the refund will be deduct tax fee.

Change the products :

If it is a quality problem, we will bear the shipping fee, otherwise shipping cost will be charge from buyer.
